About Liminal Movement

intro

I support leaders, teams, and individuals facing identity thresholds in deepening connection to who they truly are, so they can live and lead with greater alignment, impact, and truth.

My work bridges leadership development coaching and culture advising, personal transformation coaching, and healing and awakening practices because they are deeply interconnected.

My Story

My work is rooted in a deep orientation toward service.

That began early in my life while caring for my mother, where I experienced both grief and a profound sense of meaning in showing up for another human being. That experience shaped how I relate to people and how I understand care, presence, and responsibility.

I carried that into my early career in philanthropy, where I sought to contribute to meaningful change at scale.

Over time, I began to notice something that shifted how I understood service. The same internal patterns that limit us in everyday life exist within service-driven environments as well, and in some cases are even more pronounced. Many of us are drawn to helping others while quietly trying to heal parts of ourselves.

I recognized that in myself.

Despite being in a field centered around impact, I felt a growing disconnect. My ability to be fully myself was limited, and my deeper sense of service still felt incomplete.

That realization led me toward coaching, initially as a way to better understand myself. What I didn’t expect was how immediately it felt like home. The way I naturally relate through deep listening, grounded presence, pattern recognition, and a balance of intuition and structure finally had a place where it could be fully expressed and valued.

I’ve been working in self-transformation and leadership coaching and facilitation since 2018. From the beginning, my own healing and awakening journey unfolded alongside my work with clients. Very early on, I understood that to truly support others, I had to do my own excavation first, discovering how to relate to the unknown and that which exists beyond me, and learning to see my patterns clearly so I wasn’t unconsciously projecting them onto the people I was supporting.

At the same time, I felt a strong pull toward working with groups to support. Facilitation became a natural extension of this work, both as a way to create broader impact and because I came to discover is that we grow and heal most effectively in relationship.

That commitment continues to shape both my life and my work today.

How I Work

At the core of my approach is a simple but often overlooked truth: we cannot lead others in a meaningful way if we do not know how to lead ourselves.

Much of my work centers around supporting people through identity thresholds, the moments in life where old ways of being no longer fit, but what comes next has not yet fully emerged. These periods often surface deeper questions around meaning, truth, leadership, purpose, relationships, and who we are becoming.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in training across leadership development, facilitation, self-transformation, and healing modalities. I draw on integral and whole-systems thinking approaches to make complex human dynamics practical and applicable in real-world leadership, teams, relationships, and Self.

A core focus of this work is bridging what is often treated as separate: leadership and healing, impact and inner alignment, and personal transformation with real-life change.

In practice, they are not separate. The way we think, relate, communicate, and respond directly shapes how we lead, build culture, navigate relationships, create impact, and ultimately express our truest Self through the identity thresholds life presents.

By integrating leadership and consciousness development, team transformation, embodiment practices, and mind-body-spirit approaches, I support deeper awareness, grounded presence, authentic action, and meaningful transformation.
