About liminal movement
How We Work
At Liminal Movement, we combine organizational change, leadership development, and personal transformation. Real change requires more than a single approach. That’s why our approach integrates five core lenses:
Whole-Systems Thinking (Integral Theory) → Shaping mindsets, behaviors, and systems so cultural change takes root.
Organizational Transformation → Guiding leaders, organizations, and teams through the human side of change.
Embodiment & Trauma-Informed Practice→ Cultivating grounded presence, emotional regulation, and psychological safety as the foundation for authentic action.
Leadership & Learning Development → Developing the clarity, adaptability, and resilience leaders need to navigate0change and complexity.
Mind–Body–Spirit Integration → Aligning inner and outer life for greater purpose, coherence, and sustainability.
This means we don’t just shift strategy — we support the whole human system, so leaders, organizational cultures and transitioning professionals can sense differently, act differently, and shape what comes next with integrity and clear purpose.
OUR SERVICES
Coaching — We partner with leaders and rising leaders to surface hidden strengths, transform blind spots, and create breakthrough paths forward. For professionals at a crossroads, coaching ensures your next move is more than a career step—it’s a chance to shape how you want to show up, contribute, and grow in this next chapter of your life.
Change Consulting — We partner with organizations to move from reactive uncertainty to intentional design. Our work strengthens cultures to navigate change with greater clarity, adaptability, creativity, and connection.
Facilitation — We create dynamic spaces where teams can realign, reconnect, and reimagine together. Through facilitated dialogue and practice, leaders and teams shift how they think, relate, and act—gaining greater confidence, clarity, and adaptability.

tasha’s Story
My path has always been shaped by a steady commitment to service — and by an inner pull toward what feels meaningful, true, and alive.
I began my career in philanthropy, working in operations, change management, and organizational effectiveness at a leading human rights foundation. It was a space full of reach and organized purpose, designed to advance justice and human dignity on a global scale. But over time, a subtle dissonance grew. While the mission felt true, it no longer felt true to my calling. I was seeking greater alignment with myself and what I brought into the world, so chose to explore my internal landscape.
In 2018, I shifted toward a self-discovery journey that has allowed me to bring more of myself to the table — stepping into the field of personal development and coaching, where leadership psychology, adult learning, transformation, and healing intersect. It wasn’t a pivot so much as a return to what had always been home, leading me on a journey of deep healing and awakening.
Since then, I’ve trained extensively in systems transformation, adult development, trauma, and group facilitation. I’ve studied with remarkable teachers and practitioners who seamlessly bridge deep spiritual wisdom with modern leadership, organizational culture change, and self-transformation — and who, like me, believe that lasting change starts from within and ripples out through relationships, cultures, and systems.
Through years of disciplined inner work and professional practice, I’ve learned to lead from self-trust rather than self-doubt, from steadiness rather than reactivity, from intentional service rather than depletion, and from quiet strength rather than urgency or fear.
Today, I bring a rare blend of strategic clarity, systems and human dynamics awareness, and emotional depth to my work with leaders, organizational cultures and transitioning professionals — helping them release what no longer fits, reconnect with what matters most, and lead from a more whole, integrated and purposeful place.
