I work with leaders navigating growth, increased responsibility, organizational change, and identity thresholds in their leadership.

My experience includes coaching executive leaders, supporting managers stepping into greater leadership responsibility, and advising organizations through periods of significant transition and internal complexity. I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders across sectors, from international philanthropy and regional public sector to national private corporations, often supporting clients navigating leadership transition, restructuring, and cultural change.

My approach is both depth-oriented and practically applied. Some sessions focus on immediate leadership challenges, communication dynamics, strategic decision-making, or navigating organizational complexity, while others explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, and relational habits shaping how a leader shows up and impacts those around them. Most often, the work involves both.

At the core of my approach is the belief that sustainable leadership transformation requires more than skill development alone. Technical skills can be learned relatively quickly. What creates lasting impact is the internal foundation from which someone leads.

Through practical frameworks, reflective inquiry, and transformational coaching, I support leaders in strengthening self-awareness, navigating complexity with greater clarity, and leading in ways that are both deeply aligned and highly impactful.

My role is not only to support leaders in achieving results, but to help them do so without fragmenting from themselves in the process, while expanding into deeper expressions of who they are and how they lead.
