EXPERIENCE

My experience includes coaching executive leaders through significant organizational change and cultural challenges, as well as supporting managers stepping into greater leadership responsibility. This has included strengthening people and change management practices, improving communication effectiveness, navigating complex interpersonal dynamics, and delivering difficult feedback in ways that support both accountability and development.

I have worked with leaders across international philanthropy, the public sector, and private corporations, supporting them through organizational transitions, leadership changes, and evolving cultural dynamics.
