About Your Coach
Tasha Bermudez is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC)® through the International Coaching Federation, Integral Master Coach®, and certified Leadership Circle Profile® practitioner.
Drawing from leadership development, adult development theory, systems thinking, and psychology, she supports leaders in increasing their effectiveness and impact while navigating periods of growth, change, and transformation.
She has been supporting clients since 2018. Her training is grounded in rigorous coaching methodology, drawing from integral theory, trauma-informed practice, and somatic and nervous system-based approaches.
Prior to coaching, Tasha held leadership and organizational development roles focused on organizational effectiveness, strategy, culture, leadership development, and organizational change.
In addition to her coaching work, Tasha brings expertise in culture change, organizational learning and development, and organizational transformation, supporting leaders, teams, and organizations through complex change initiatives and periods of transition.
